At Whatcom County Parks and Trails dogs must be leashed at all times except in designated and marked off leash areas and trails. Pets are prohibited on designated shellfish beds, park buildings, Canyon Lake Community Forest, Stimpson Family Nature Reserve and Point Whitehorn Marine Reserve.
