Operated by the The East Bay Regional Park District, Point Isabel Regional Shoreline is a landscaped 23-acre park located at the west end of Central Avenue in Richmond. It offers beautiful views of the Golden Gate and Marin County and is one of the largest public off-leash dog parks in the nation. Dogs may be off-leash at Point Isabel, although owners must have a leash with them (six-foot maximum) and have their dog under voice control and within sight at all times. Dogs must be on leash in parking lots and streets.
