Located at 11175 Point Lookout Road, Scotland, MD 20687, Point Lookout State Park Campground is on a peninsula between the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River in St. Mary’s County. It offers 90 wooded campsites; 26 of these have full hook-ups, 4 of these have electric. A full hook-up loop (Tulip) remains open year round for self-contained campers (no restrooms available). Pets are allowed in Tulip Loop, Conoy Loop and Hoffman’s Loop in the campground. Pets also allowed in day-use area (except for fishing pier year-round, and swimming beach from Memorial Day weekend until after Labor Day).
