Pets on a leash are allowed throughout the Bering Land Bridge National Preserve. Located on the Seward Peninsula approximately 100 miles north of Nome, the preserve is one of the nation’s most remote national park units. There are no roads into the park, so travel opportunities can be limited. During the summer months access to the preserve is by small airplane, boat, or foot.
