Located at 54 Elm St, Woodstock, VT 05091, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park preserves the site where Frederick Billings established a managed forest and a progressive dairy farm. The name honors Billings and the other owners of the property: George Perkins Marsh, Mary Montagu Billings French, Laurance Rockefeller, and Mary French Rockefeller. Pets on a leash are welcome until winter snows arrive and the carriage roads are used only for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Pets are not allowed on groomed roads and trails. During the rest of the year, pets must be on a leash at all times.
