Located at 1368 Colonial Pkwy, Jamestown, VA 23081, Historic Jamestowne is on Jamestown Island, on the James River at Jamestown, VA. Part of Colonial National Historical Park, Historic Jamestowne is the site of the first permanent English settlement in North America. Pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed in the park, on the Historic Site and Island Loop Drive, but not allowed in the Visitor Center/museums.
