Dogs on a leash are allowed in all Santa Cruz County Parks and Beaches, except for Scott Creek Beach and the trails and sensitive habitat areas at Quail Hollow Ranch County Park. Dogs are not allowed in playground areas, athletic fields, or inside building/venues.
