Located at 8390 Meinert Park Rd, Montague, MI 49437, Meinert Park Beach is a sugar sand beach with 2,000 feet of Lake Michigan shoreline. A Muskegon County Motor Vehicle Entry Permit or “Park Pass” is required for all vehicles entering Pioneer County Park from May 1st – September 30th. Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the north end of the beach. Pets allowed only in the designated dog beach area.
