Located at 4395 Turkey Point Rd., North East, MD 21901, Elk Neck State Park Campgrounds feature 250 campsites, four youth group sites, five four-person mini cabins, four six-person camper cabins, and six rustic cabins. All campsites are equipped with a fire ring with grill on top, picnic table and a lantern post. Each camping loop has a central bathhouse with hot running water for showers. Pets on a leash are allowed in the camping loops located along Stony Point Road: Choptank, Elk, Miles, North East, Susquehanna and Wye; and in all day-use areas, including North East Beach area (except for sandy portion of swimming beach area from Memorial Day weekend until after Labor Day). Pets not allowed in Bohemia, Chester, Tred Avon, and Sassafras loops, rustic cabins and the youth group camping area.
