For the first time in its history, Quebec’s network of Provincial Parks welcomes dogs into some of its parks. Dogs are allowed in the national parks having participated in the pilot project, i.e. Aiguebelle, Frontenac (Saint-Daniel sector), Jacques-Cartier, Lac-Témiscouata, and Oka national parks. However, they are only allowed in certain areas. As of May 17, 2019, dogs will be allowed in all Québec national parks, except in the Anticosti and Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé national parks. However, dogs will only be authorized in certain places.
