At Biscayne National Park, pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the grounds at Convoy Point and the developed areas of Elliott Key. Located in the northern Florida Keys, just 20 miles south of Miami, the park encompasses coral reefs, islands and shoreline mangrove forest. Pets are not permitted on Boca Chita Key, including on boats docked in the harbor, and at the Dante Fascell Visitor Center.
