Pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed in some areas of Bryce Canyon National Park, located in southern Utah. Pets are allowed on all paved surfaces, including: campgrounds, parking lots; paved roads; paved viewpoint areas (all viewpoints except Piracy Point); on the paved trail (section of Rim Trail) between Sunset Point and Sunrise Point; and on the paved Shared Use Path between the park entrance and Inspiration Point. Pets are not permitted on trails or unpaved viewpoints, in public buildings or on public transportation vehicles. These regulations also apply to pets that are carried.
