Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed in most areas of Santa Clara County Parks. Dogs are not permitted in children’s playgrounds, interpretive facilities, archery ranges and a few designated trails. There are three off-leash dog facilities in the following parks: Los Gatos Creek County Park in Campbell, Ed Levin County Park in Milpitas, and Hellyer County Park in San Jose.
