Pets are allowed in some Suffolk County Parks, but not all, so please call ahead to make sure pets are welcome. Only cats and dogs are permitted. Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times, except in designated dog parks. Suffolk County Parks offers five dedicated parklands for off-leash dogs. Two of the parks are Natural Borders Dog Parks: Robinson’s Duck Farm Dog Park and Mud Creek County Dog Park.
